Digital Twin Shoot Terms and ConditionsBy accepting a quote or booking a Digital Twin shoot, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. What a Digital Twin Is
A Digital Twin is a realistic AI generated version of you, created using filmed and recorded content from your session.It is designed to help you create content more easily, not to be a perfect or identical replacement of you.Small differences in tone, expression, or timing are normal.
2. Results and Expectations
Digital Twins work best when used consistently and realistically.While care is taken with lighting, sound, posture, and delivery, results will vary between people. Perfection is not guaranteed.By booking, you understand that this is a technology based service and results may improve over time as the technology evolves.
3. Your Responsibility
To get the best results, you agree to:• Follow preparation guidance provided before your shoot• Arrive on time and ready to film• Present yourself as you normally would for professional contentChanges in appearance, voice, posture, or delivery after the shoot may affect how closely the Digital Twin matches you.
4. Payment/Retainer
Payment is required to secure your booking and is non refundable.It covers:
• Planning and setup of your Digital Twin
• Studio time and filming
• Technical preparation
• Your first two Digital Twin lessons
Payment cannot be refunded or transferred for any reason, including change of mind or dissatisfaction with the technology.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, seven days’ notice must be given for a refund to be considered.
Re scheduling with less than 48 hrs notice incurs loss of 50% of the retainer
Rescheduling is subject to availability
6. Usage and Responsibility
You are responsible for how your Digital Twin is used.
Digital Twin Imaging accepts no responsibility for:
• Content created using your Digital Twin
• How the Digital Twin is presented, interpreted, or shared
• Any personal, business, legal, or financial outcomes resulting from its use
You agree not to use your Digital Twin for illegal, misleading, or harmful purposes.
7. Usage Rights
You are granted the right to use your Digital Twin for:
• Marketing
• Educational content
• Social media
• Website and internal business use
You may not:
• Sell or licence your Digital Twin to others
• Claim the Digital Twin represents someone else
• Use it in a way that could cause harm or confusion
Ownership of the filming process, setup, and technical workflow remains with Digital Twin Imaging. You own the content created of you.
8. No Guarantees on Platform Acceptance
We cannot guarantee how third party platforms, software providers, or AI tools will process, approve, or display Digital Twin content.Platform rules and technology can change at any time and are outside our control.
9. Revisions and Reshoots
Digital Twin shoots are a technical and creative service.Reshoots or additional filming are not included unless clearly stated in your quote.Requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
10. Privacy and StorageYour footage is handled with care and stored securely.Raw files may be removed after a reasonable period unless otherwise agreed in writing.Long term storage is not guaranteed unless arranged in advance.
11. Acceptance of TermsAcceptance of a quote, payment , or proceeding with a booking confirms that:
• You have read and understood these terms
• You agree to them in full
• You accept responsibility for the use of your Digital Twin
