Step 1: Video Content Kit

Turn a voice memo into video

Talk into your phone for a few minutes. The kit turns it into one video or several, in your brand, with graphics. Add your own photos, video clips or music if you like, or none at all. It suits small businesses, educators and marketing teams who need more content without a film crew. Download it ready-made, build your own, or have me set it up and teach you, in Auckland or online.

A real example

One voice memo. With footage, or without.

With my footage or photos
Even simpler: just my voice
01

I talked into my phone

A 45-second voice memo, recorded at home. No crew, no editing software.

02

It turned my memo into a concise message

It kept the clearest lines and cut the rest. Every word is still mine.

03

It opened on the problem

It cut my introduction and opened on what my clients tell me.

04

It added my brand

My colours, fonts and graphics. The result: a 47-second video. I did not edit a thing.

Want it more visual? Add your own video clips or photos, like the version on the left. Stock footage works too. Or use no footage at all, like the version on the right.

Choose by your technical skills and your time

Three ways to buy the kit

Which one suits you depends on two things: how comfortable you are with technology, and how much time you have.

Kit with a lesson

NZD $795

I set the kit up for your brand and teach you in person in Auckland.

Time: A two-hour lesson, then a 30-minute check-in

Skill: Best if you are not confident with technology

Recommended

Ready-made kit

NZD $250

The finished kit as a download. It walks you through set-up on your own laptop.

Time: About an hour to set up and make your first video

Skill: Designed for beginner to medium technical skills

Build your own

NZD $150

A step-by-step PDF guide. You build the kit yourself with Claude.

Time: Roughly 10 to 20 hours

Skill: Medium to advanced technical skills. Not recommended for beginners

Every option runs on your own Claude Pro plan, about NZD $40 a month. The ready-made kit is what I recommend for most people: the time it saves is well worth the extra $100.

The kit with a lesson

What is included

  • ◆The kit, set up for your brand colours, fonts and logo
  • ◆A two-hour lesson in person in Auckland, where you make your first real video
  • ◆A how-to video to keep, for going back over the steps
  • ◆A 30-minute check-in afterwards, for anything that got stuck

Can't get to Auckland? Ask me about doing the lesson online.

Your investment

NZD $795

Paid once. It covers the set-up, the lesson, the how-to video and the check-in.

Ongoing: your own Claude Pro plan, about NZD $40 a month, however many videos you make. Claude is the AI tool, made by Anthropic, that the kit runs on.

Updates: when I improve the kit, you can have yours updated for NZD $350. I work on your kit myself and test it before it goes back to you. Updates are optional. I recommend updating about every six months. AI tools move fast, and each update brings new features and keeps your kit running smoothly with the latest Claude, Windows and Mac. Your kit keeps working without them.

Video for your small business, without a filming day

It suits you if:

  • ✓ You run a small to medium business, and making content is the part of marketing that is hardest to make time for.
  • ✓ You need to stay visible and share information with your clients.
  • ✓ You are an educator or trainer with knowledge to share, and no time to turn it into video.
  • ✓ You are interested in new technology, but you want to start small, with someone to show you how.

You do not have to show your face. A voice memo is enough, and nothing has to be filmed. If you want to be seen, film a quick clip on your phone instead. I have written more on how to make videos without showing your face, and on why you do not need a hired voiceover when your own voice is enough.

I do not make your videos for you. I set the kit up and teach you to use it, so you can make one whenever you need it, without waiting on anyone.

Where it fits

Step 1 of 3

Going straight to an AI video digital twin means learning two new things at once: the twin, and the kit that turns it into finished videos. Unless you already work with technology, that is a lot. Start with a voice memo and you learn the kit first, with nothing to film and nothing to read out.

Some people stop here, because it does everything they need. Others go on to a voice twin, where you type and an AI copy of your voice says it, or an AI video digital twin, where you film once and get video of you without filming every time. You only take the next step when you are ready. The benefits of each step.

Common questions

Do I need to be good with technology?+

You need some confidence, but not much. The ready-made kit is designed for beginner to medium technical skills: if you can install an app and find a file in a folder, it walks you through the rest, one step at a time. If you would rather not do the set-up yourself, choose the kit with a lesson: I set it up for you and we make your first video together. The step-by-step guide is for people comfortable with technical set-up.

Do I have to be on camera?+

No. The kit works from a voice memo, so nothing has to be filmed. If you want to be seen, you can film a quick clip on your phone instead. A voice twin, step 2, needs no camera either. A digital twin, step 3, needs one filming session with me, and then no more filming.

Do I need a script?+

No. Talk the way you would to a client, and ramble if you need to. The kit trims the pauses and keeps the clearest lines. Or, if having a script makes you feel more confident, ramble to the kit first. It already knows your business, so it turns what you say into a short script in your own words. Then you just say it. See a real example on the Examples page.

What does it cost, one-off and ongoing?+

There are three ways to get it, each paid once. The kit with a lesson is NZD $795: I set it up and teach you in person, with a how-to video and a check-in. The ready-made kit is NZD $250: a download that walks you through set-up yourself. The step-by-step guide is NZD $150, to build your own. After that, the only ongoing cost is your own Claude Pro plan, about NZD $40 a month, however many videos you make.

Will you make the videos for me?+

No, the kit makes them. You talk into your phone and the kit edits it into a finished video, so you can make one whenever you need it, without waiting on anyone. That is true whichever way you get the kit. That independence is the whole idea.

What is Claude?+

Claude is an AI tool made by Anthropic. The kit runs on it, which is why you need your own Claude Pro plan, about NZD $40 a month. Claude can do a lot more than make videos. Ask me about that too.
